Leonard Faust joins team as Host Chef
Leonard promises to bring the Paradise Koh Yao culinary standards to a new level. Formerly the executive chef at Courtyard by Marriott and the Executive Sous Chef at Sunwing Resort & Spa, he has been in Phuket for nearly 3 years. Before coming to Phuket, Leonard worked at fine restaurants in Sydney.
While he has maintained the traditional tastes of both the Asian and European cuisine, he has adapted a contemporary way of presentation - no compromise on finest ingredients used.
