The rooms and the surroundings are perfect. The food is very good with great variation. But the force is your staff. Young males and females with a very high feeling for service. Chris, April 2009, Pool Villa: We had been looking forward to this part of our holiday since we booked it!! And it totally surpassed all out expectations – from our fist email contact with Ben, the travel arrangements went like clock work!! – The whole experience at this resort from all the friendly and efficient staff was outstanding!!! Mike (GM) and Ben (Mgtmt. Assistant) were very helpful and friendly – as was Top (Restaurant Teamleader). Thank you all – Duan, Su, Spa Staff, Bar Staff, cleaners, gardeners, Lee for spraying our room every evening, the chefs for our wonderful meals!!!- and all the back room staff that work so hard to heep the paradise koh yao as a real Paradise!!! – We sincerely hope to return!!! Simply the Best!!! Thank you all so very much!!!

Also the management from both hotel and kitchen helps to feel comfortable. The comp. water in the room was very aprreciated and also the water in the restaurant. very nice. we love the paradise.
