The resort features a multitude of soft adventure, eco-tourism activities to keep guests busy during their stay. Right from the resort beach there is trekking, canoeing and snorkeling. The resort owned canoes are available to explore the nearby hongs, lagoons and beaches.
As well, the resort boat shuttles guests to near-by islands such as Koh Hong to see the incredible “hongs” (lagoon or “room” in Thai) as well as to other attractions out on Phang Nga Bay.
There is a brand new Dive Base on Koh Yao Island. Should you wish to go diving, our staff will be more than happy to arrange a day trip for you to see nature's most beautiful underwater world.
There are trails and small roads (no traffic to worry about) all over the island and depending on how ambitious you are, much of the island can be explored this way. Mountain biking is a way to get well off the beaten track — the locals everywhere in Thailand our friendly though communication can become difficult in the remote areas (and most of Koh Yao Noi would be considered remote).
The Paradise Resort is surrounded by islands and all of the islands have wonderful secluded beaches. Everyday a free beach shuttle operates between the resort and nearby Koh Pak Pia, a great place for snorkeling and swimming. Highly recommended!
There's great diving around Phang Nga Bay. See details at: DIVING
