You can join daily yoga classes held in our new sunrise sala right by the waters edge. Mornings are usually an energized vinyaysa flow yoga with evening classes set at a more relaxed pace.
All levels and abilities of yoga students are welcome.
Beginners will find a safe and nurturing environment to start their yoga journey while more advanced students can maintain and deepen their practice while enjoying the delights of a tropical island vacation.

David Sharpe, our senior instructor is a highly regarded yoga teacher, meditation guide and life coach. Originally from the UK where he founded a school for holistic practices, he has travelled extensively, studying and teaching yoga and personal growth workshops in Europe, the USA, S.E. Asia and India. You will be in expert hands as David, with his creative and often humorous teaching style, inspires your yoga to new levels of attainment. He will be available after classes to share insights and offer guidance on all aspects of yoga and meditation.
Yoga Insight
Living close to nature and gazing out over awesome scenery while performing daily yoga really is a magical experience. You become aware of a subtle body-mind transformation taking place, each class opening you towards your true potential while guiding you deeper into the heart of yoga. You will be amazed at not only how quickly and effortlessly your yoga practice blossoms, but also the benefits of a stronger more relaxed body and a calmer clearer mind: you will look better and feel more focused, radiant and alive.
Yoga Style
Yoga is a system dedicated to awakening flexibility in the body, mind and spirit. Adopting a hatha style of yoga, we cover foundation and classic postures, asana combinations, correct alignment and pranayama techniques. Some of the classes will incorporate a vinyasa flow yoga. This is a synchronization of asanas ( postures) breath and focus that produces a graceful and rhythmic flowing yoga. Emphasizing the body-mind connection, the physical asanas maintain a healthy body through improved flexibility, stamina and strength, while pranayama, the yogic art of breathing balances the emotions and calms the mind. Each class finishes with a short guided meditation.
Meditation
Historically, meditation has always been an integral part of yoga. Learning this esoteric art provides a rare opportunity to experience the deep silence that rests within your soul and to reconnect with your divine wisdom and authentic self. We encourage yoga students to take meditation instruction and make it a part of their daily practice. Yoga is a way of moving into stillness in order to experience the truth of who you are
